1. Website operator

multlines.com is operated under the MULTLINES brand by HONGKONG SERISVAPE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. By using the site, you accept these terms and the policies linked from it.

2. Catalog and checkout

Buy now and cart checkout actions open the MULTLINES checkout. Submitting payment authorizes Wintopay to process the amount recalculated by the MULTLINES payment server. An order is completed only when the gateway returns a verified paid status.

3. Product information

We work to present product names, descriptions, images and colors accurately, but device displays vary and occasional errors may occur. Product information, price and availability may be corrected or changed without notice. The payment server calculates authoritative totals from the committed static catalog rather than accepting an amount supplied by the browser.

4. Payment results

A Payment successful screen is displayed only after a verified gateway response or signed callback marks the order paid. Pending, unpaid, failed and canceled statuses do not represent a completed payment.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual property, use content unlawfully or attempt to misrepresent another person or organization.

6. Payment service

Card fields are provided in a Wintopay-hosted iframe. Wintopay processes the card data and may require 3DS authentication. MULTLINES verifies signed gateway results and does not store the card number, expiry, security code, single-use card token or device session identifier.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply to later activity.
