MULTLINES does not ask you to register or sign in. The storefront does not operate a customer-profile database. It stores a minimal payment-order record containing product identifiers, quantities, the server-calculated amount, gateway references and payment status.

Local cart storage

Cart item identifiers and quantities are stored in your browser using localStorage so the cart remains after a refresh. This information stays on your device and is not sent to MULTLINES. You can remove it by emptying the cart or clearing this site's browser storage.

Checkout and payment

Card number, expiry and security-code fields are hosted by Wintopay and do not pass through MULTLINES application code. Contact, billing and shipping details, a single-use card token and device-security information are transmitted to Wintopay to process the payment. MULTLINES does not write those values to its local order files or application logs.

Wintopay processes payment data under its own security and privacy controls. MULTLINES retains only the minimal non-card order status needed to verify the transaction, respond to signed gateway notifications and support an order enquiry.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer the enquiry, support an order and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your contact information. Access to correspondence is limited to people who need it for those purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information held in correspondence, subject to applicable legal retention duties. Send privacy requests to [email protected].

Children

The products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site.
